Information we collect
We collect information you submit when creating a business listing, requesting a quote, writing a review, submitting a listing for verification, or contacting a business. This may include contact details, business information, and verification details.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the directory, route customer inquiries, verify listings, prevent abuse, improve the service, and communicate about accounts or submissions. We do not sell personal information.
Business profile analytics
We count profile visits using a daily keyed hash of the network address. Raw addresses are not stored in this analytics table. Owners receive aggregate counts, never visitor hashes. Records are removed after 90 days as new visits are processed. Known bots are excluded, and the browser’s Do Not Track preference disables this tracking.
Accounts, conversations, and service providers
Supabase processes account details, business listings, customer inquiries, conversations, reviews, and uploaded files for Boblisting. Verification documents are stored privately. Inquiry details are shared with the matched businesses and authorized administrators who operate the service. Published business profiles and approved reviews are visible to visitors. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing information; Boblisting does not receive your full payment card details.
Cookies and local browser storage
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. Saved-business preferences are stored in your browser. Clearing site data removes local preferences and cookies; it does not delete information stored with your account. Use Sign out to end your current session.
Data choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting boblisting2@gmail.com. Quote requests are also shared with the business you choose so it can respond.
